Steps to increase mailbox size in Exchange
- Open Exchange Management Console
- Select Microsoft Exchange On-Premises on the left
- Select Recipient Configuration
- Select Mailbox
- Right click User Name who needs mailbox size increase and choose Properties
- Select the Mailbox Settings tab
- Double-click Storage Quotas
- Change mailbox size configurations are here
